Now Hiring: Front-of-House Support Staff — The Little Goat (Rhinebeck, NY) The Little Goat is looking for sharp, dependable FOH Support Staff to join our dining room team. These roles are essential to delivering the kind of high-touch, well-paced service we’re known for. If you’re fast, focused, and take pride in team success, we want to hear from you. Positions include: Host/Hostess – Set the tone at the door, manage flow, greet and seat guests with confidence and warmth. Food Runner – Move fast, carry with purpose, announce dishes with clarity and composure. Backwaiter/Busser – Reset tables, run water, support servers, and keep the room polished. Barista – Pull shots, pour drinks, and keep the coffee station tight during service. Who You Are: Reliable, fast, and professional Good communicator with a sense of urgency and awareness Comfortable in high-volume, high-expectation environments Team-first attitude with willingness to support wherever needed Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays This is a year-round job. We are looking to add applicants that are committed to the area and are within a commutable distance to Rhinebeck, NY.
